Itinerary

- Visit the Western Group of Temples, including Kandariya Mahadeva, Lakshmana Temple, and Vishwanath Temple, known for detailed stone carvings.

Day 2: Khajuraho to Orchha (180 km / approx. 5 hrs)
- After breakfast, visit the Eastern and Southern Group of Temples, including Javari Temple and Chaturbhuj Temple, which show different styles and stories.
- Depart for Orchha, a historic town on the banks of the Betwa River.
- Check-in at a hotel in Orchha.
- Visit Chaturbhuj Temple, explore the old town, and enjoy the riverside view.
- Overnight stay in Orchha.
Day 3: Orchha Fort Tour – Local Markets
- Visit Orchha Fort Complex, home to Raja Mahal, Jahangir Mahal, and Sheesh Mahal.
- Learn about the Bundela kings and their connection with the Mughal emperors.
- Later, visit Ram Raja Temple and Laxmi Narayan Temple, famous for murals and paintings.
- Free time to walk through the local market or relax by the river.

- Overnight stay in Orchha.
Day 4: Orchha to Jhansi – Fort Visit – Departure
- After breakfast, drive to Jhansi (45 minutes).
- Visit Jhansi Fort, where Rani Lakshmi Bai fought against the British in 1857.
- Explore Rani Mahal, her residence, now a museum.
- End the tour with a drop-off at Jhansi Railway Station or airport for your onward journey.
